<strong>China: Hongta Group''s Dali Factory Launches out New Processing Line</strong>

On morning of October 16, a new primary line of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. Hongta Group's Dali Cigarette Factory was put into production, marking the equipment technology and processing technology level of Dali Cigarette Factory have reached advanced level in China, and reaching a new stage for the development of this factory. At this point, basic technological upgrading projects of Dali Cigarette Factory have been finished.

Basic technological upgrading projects have been carried out from Sep. 2008, and the first phase of projects, including constructions of joint workshops, power center, and installation and relocation equipments have been finished on April 2012. The construction of primary line joint workshops were begin in September 2012, including construction more than 35000 square meters' new workshops, the construction of a new primary line，which can processing 8000 kilograms leaf tobacco per hour, and the construction of related supporting processing, power and other auxiliary facilities. Now the new primary line has finished production test for several brands, and it is ready for productions.

With the on-site basic technological upgrading projects completed, Dali Cigarette Factory became an advanced, well-equipped modern factory.

Zhang Guoliang, Ge FuMing, both Hongta Group's vice President, Mou Dingrong, manager of technology center, Yuan Guowang, head of manufacturing centre, Yang Mingquan, director of equipment technology department, and the relevant officials of related departments, managers of Dali Cigarette Factory participated in the simple ceremony of production.
