<strong>China: HongyunHonghe Deputy CEO Inspects Ulanhot Cigarette Factory</strong>

Deputy CEO Feng Bin of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province led a delegation to inspect Ulanhot Cigarette Factory in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which is affiliated to HongyunHonghe, on July 29, hearing reports and giving instructions on acceleration of construction of the logistics system of HongyunHonghe.

The four-member delegation also included leaders of the logistics center of HongyunHonghe.

During the inspection, the leaders of the logistics center introduced the Scheme for Sharing Resources of Storage Out of Yunnan Province formulated by HongyunHonghe in eight aspects including analysis of the choice of sites and operation processes.

In a speech delivered during the inspection, Feng Bin introduced the background and important significance of the work of construction for logistics and storage, analyzed the necessity and imperativeness of promotion of this work, and pointed out that the establishment of a well-regulated and highly efficient logistics system is a necessary means for reducing redundant transportation, lowering the cost of logistics and raising the efficiency of logistics.

He expressed the hope that Ulanhot Cigarette Factory would go all out in doing a good job hereof in light of the contents of the scheme, by making a full use of resources in all respects, and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of factors in all respects.

Director Wang Baojia of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory said that his factory would exert all efforts to well make arrangements for fulfilling the work hereof, would hold a symposium on the exclusive subjects concerned in a soonest manner, would put forward specific schemes for fulfillment, and would promote smooth fulfillment of the work hereof by HongyunHonghe with specific actions.

In visiting the factory proper and workshops during the inspection, Wang Baojia elaborately introduced production and management of the factory, progress in the second phase of its current project of technological transformation. Enditem
