<strong>China: HongyunHonghe Holds Training of Middle Management</strong>

HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province – the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer – held a first-term training of its middle management under an exclusive training program executed in Wuhan University in central China's Hubei Province on July 14-21.
 
The training was intended to improve the comprehensive competence, professional quality and on-job capacity of the middle management of HongyunHonghe, in accordance with the planning of HongyunHonghe for the training of management human resources for the year 2013.
 
Receiving the training were 37 management staffers from the headquarters of HongyunHonghe, and Kunming Cigarette Factory, Honghe Cigarette Factory, Qujing Cigarette Factory, Huize Cigarette Factory and Xinjiang Cigarette Factory affiliated to HongyunHonghe.
 
Through the training, the middle management staffers concerned were able to understand and grasp the relevant cutting-edge theory and management skills, raise the efficiency of management, and enhance their leadership capacity, strategic execution capacity, crisis settlement capacity and innovation capacity.
 
According to the relevant arrangement of HongyunHonghe, the second-term training under the exclusive training program will be held in Wuhan University on August 18-25. Enditem
