HongyunHonghe Ranked First among Top 100 in Main Business Operation Income, Tax Payment

HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province – the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer – has recently been ranked the first among the Top 100 manufacturing enterprises of Kunming City of Yunnan in terms of the size of income from the main business operation and the payment of taxes in the year 2011.

HongyunHonghe won the ranking at the second 2012 annual meeting of the 6th Kunming City Enterprises Confederation, Kunming City Entrepreneurs Association and Kunming City Industrial Economy Confederation to study and implement the spirit of the 10th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, also known as the meeting to unveil the list of the Top 100 manufacturing enterprises of Kunming City in terms of the size of income form the main business operation and the payment of taxes in the year 2011, which was held in Kunming City on November 29.

Presiding over the meeting was Kunming City Entrepreneurs Association President and HongyunHonghe CEO Wu Yi.

The meeting honored the manufacturing enterprises that made outstanding contributions to accelerating the process of building Kunming City into a regional international city and ushering in a new situation of leap-forward development of Kunming City. The rankings of the Top 100 this time were made on the basis of joint ratings by Kunming City Statistics Bureau, Sublevel Levy Bureaus directly affiliated to Yunnan Provincial Local Tax Administration, Kunming City National Tax Bureau, Kunming City Local Tax Bureau and Kunming City Entrepreneurs Association, and also on the basis of review and approval by the 11th outstanding performance rating leadership group of Kunming City.  ditem
