China: HongyunHonghe Sends Staff Members To Receive Training On Administration Source from: HongyunHonghe Group 10/09/2012 ![]() HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province - the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer - sent a total of 46 middle-level management staff members to Qinghua University in Beijing to receive professional training on business administration on September 17-21, in a fourth professional training program. The training was organized by the Human Resources Department of HongyunHonghe. The 46 middle-level management staff members receiving the training were from the headquarters of HongyunHonghe, the four subsidiaries of HongyunHonghe within Yunnan Province, Ulanhot Cigarette Factory in north China's Inner Mongolia region and Shanxi Kunming Tobacco Co., Ltd. in north China's Shanxi Province - both affiliated to HongyunHonghe. During the five-day training, the trainees were systematically lectured by professors with Qinghua University, Beijing University and Renmin University of China on a package of eight courses including Analysis of the Current Macroeconomic Situation and Policies, Corporate Response to Public Relations and Media in Crises and Team Construction and Execution Capacity. The training of its middle-level management staff members is a major approach adopted by HongyunHonghe to further implement its guideline that "Human resources are the primary resources for business development, overall promotion and full-scale upgrading of human resources development of HongyunHonghe", and is in specific embodiment of HongyunHonghe's policies of "respecting work, respecting knowledge, respecting human resources and respecting creativity".
