Tengzhou Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Corp. in east Chinas' Shandong Province held a foundation-laying ceremony on Sep.4 to kick off the project of its relocation and technological transformation, with the participation of a number of dignitaries of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, the company and local government. Deputy Director of STMA He Zehua also attended the ceremony. Tengzhou City municipal party secretary Dong Yifeng gave a speech on the ceremony.
