RAI Launching Nicotine Gum

Reynolds American Inc. is due to launch next week the nicotine-replacement therapy product, Zonnic gum, according to a story in the Winston Salem Journal. Zonnic has been developed by Niconovum AB, the Sweden-based company that RAI acquired in 2009. It will be available in retail outlets in Des Moines, Iowa, from Monday.

According to the Journal story, RAI, as part of its total tobacco company strategy, now offers also Camel Snus and three Camel dissolvable products, Vuse electronic cigarettes, Viceroy smokeless pouches and pellets, and nicotine extract products such as lozenges. Enditem
