The Altria Group is due to host a webcast of its business presentation at the Barclays Back-To-School Consumer Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, starting about 11.15 hours Eastern Time on September 5. The webcast, which will be in listen-only mode, will feature presentations by chairman and CEO, Marty Barrington, and, executive vice president and CFO, Howard Willard.
