Ulanhot Cigarette Factory in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which is affiliated to HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group, has recently been designated by HongyunHonghe as a "model base for culture of loyalty development", in efforts to carry forward glorious traditions, develop a culture of loyalty, create a harmonious atmosphere and keep realizing leaf-forward business development.
On August 21, a grand ceremony was held at Ulanhot Cigarette Factory to grant the nameplate of the cigarette factory as a "model base for culture of loyalty development".

In a welcome address delivered at the ceremony, Director Wang Baojia of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory introduced the process of formation of a culture of loyalty at the factory. He emphasized that 2012 is a crucial period of time for Ulanhot Cigarette Factory to realize the "3030" business development target, and that fulfillment of this target requires efforts to carry forward glorious traditions, develop a culture of loyalty, create a harmonious atmosphere and keep realizing leaf-forward business development.
Also speaking at the ceremony, HongyunHonghe Deputy CEO He Guogang emphasized that the production and manufacturing system is not only makers of products, but are also, more significantly, mainstay forces for solving hard problems.
"To ensure market supply, to ensure product quality, to ensure production safety and to lower the cost of production are part of our responsibility and missions," he said.
On the work over a next period of time, He Guogang put forward a three-point requirement:
Firstly, quality control shall be made in a fine, careful and practical way.
Secondly, high-efficiency, high-quality and low-cost production shall be realized.
And thirdly, there shall be high standards and stringent requirements, to ensure 100 percent safety in production.
After making the remarks, He Guogang and HongyunHonghe Communist Party Committee Deputy Secretary Dai Wei jointly handed the nameplate of a “model base for culture of loyalty development” to the leadership of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory. Enditem
