China: Deputy Director of STMA Inspects Technological Upgrading Project of Shenyang Cigarette Factory

Zhao Hongshun, deputy director of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, accompanied by director of Liaoning Tobacco Monopoly Administration Zhao Zhenlin, investigated the project of relocation and technological transformation of Shenyang Cigarette Factory. Li Dexian, general manager of Hongta Liaoning Company, introduced progress of whole project and future development plans to visitors. Wei Li, director of Shengyang Cigarette Factory, introduced highlight programmes in the project.
