China: Harbin Cigarette Factory will Move to New Factory in 2013

The new factory of Harbin Cigarette Factory, the first phase of the project of relocation and technological transformation of Harbin Cigarette Factory, will be put into trial production soon. The first stage of the project cost 1.65 yuan totally. Harbin Cigarette Factory will be formally moved to new factory in 2013. The new factory located Start-up district of Northeast Asia Economic and Trade Technology Cooperation Area in Pusong Town, Harbin. The project was divided by 2 stages.
