China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Corp. held a meeting on optimizing product quality management process. Officials from Co-ordination & Planning Dept, R&D Dept and all factories of Co-ordination & Planning Dept, and Accenture, and related workers attended the meeting. On the meeting, problems such as how to control of non-conforming product, how to manage product quality of raw materials were discussed. Suggestions such as improving processes quality control, streamlining repeated processes have been submitted on the meeting.
