China: Xinjiang Cigarette Factory Adopts Six Sigma Approach

The training programme of Six Sigma approach kicked off in Xianjiang Cigarette Factory on May 15. Two experts from Zhulan Quality Consulting Co.Ltd. of Shanghai Quality and Scientific Research Institute gave lessons to senior leaders and key workers on how to master Six Sigma approach. Experts mainly explained key points of five stages of Six Sigma approach, including define stage, measuring stage, the analysis phase, improvement stage and control stages.
