Imperial Tobacco says that its Polish operations have, for the second year running, been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Poland. 'Imperial Tobacco Polska won praise for its staff benefits, career opportunities and working conditions as well as training and development and company culture,' the company said. 'The Top Employers Polska award was received at a ceremony in Warsaw organised by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute. 'The Dutch-based CRF Institute identifies top performers in the areas of human resources, leadership and strategy internationally.' Human resources manager, Anna Dębicka-Rasiak, was quoted as saying she was delighted that the company had been chosen again as one of the best employers in Poland. "Our success this year is even more impressive because we scored higher than last year in all the areas of human resources that were analysed," she said. "This award is recognition for the combined efforts of all our employees and provides an incentive to work harder in the future to maintain this success." Enditem
