Imperial Announces Board And Management Changes

At the end of Imperial Tobacco Group's annual general meeting today, Pierre Jungels will retire as a non-executive director, having served nine years on the board. 'As a result Mark Williamson has been appointed senior independent director and Malcolm Wyman has been appointed chairman of the audit committee,' the company said in a press note, which also announced the appointment of David Haines, the CEO of Grohe AG, as an independent non-executive director.
