Proposed dates in respect of the Preliminary Announcement and Final Dividend for the year ending 31 December 2011 With particular reference to the Company's obligations in respect of the secondary listing of its ordinary shares on the JSE (Berlin: JF6.BE - news) , please be advised that the proposed dates in respect of the Preliminary Announcement and final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2011 are currently scheduled as follows: 2012 Thursday 23 February Preliminary Announcement (to include announcement of recommended final dividend: amount of dividend per share in both sterling and rand; applicable exchange rate and conversion date - 21 February 2012). Thursday 23 February to Friday 9 March From the commencement of trading on 23 February 2012 to 9 March 2012 (inclusive), no removal requests in either direction between the UK main register and the South African branch register will be permitted. Friday 2 March Last Day to Trade (JSE) Monday 5 March to Friday 9 March No transfers between the UK main register and the South African branch register; no shares may be dematerialised or rematerialised.
