British American Says CORA Director Michael Prideaux To Retire - Quick Facts

British American Tobacco Plc (BTI: News ,BATS.L: News ) said Michael Prideaux, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Director intends to retire with effect from June 30, 2012. Michael has agreed to stay on in a consultancy capacity after his retirement, the company noted. British American Tobacco also announced the appointment of Kingsley Wheaton, David O'Reilly, and Naresh Sethi to the Management Board. They will all report to Nicandro Durante, Chief Executive. Kingsley was appointed as Director, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, or CORA, with effect from June 30, 2012 when Michael Prideaux retires. Kingsley will become Deputy CORA Director and sit on the Management Board with effect from January 1, 2012. The company named David Group Scientific Director and appointed Naresh as Director, Group Business Development, two new positions on the Management Board, with effect from January 1, 2012. Enditem
