JT International Korea, which is an official sponsor of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), has opened a smoking lounge at the event and launched a campaign aimed at promoting etiquette while smoking, according to a story in The Korea Times.
The lounge is located in the BIFF Village near Haeundae beach and is open to all smokers from 10.00 hours to 22.00 hours through October 13.

Visitors to the lounge are being presented with portable ashtrays.
The initiative is a part of JT International's smoking manners campaign through which it tries to foster a mature smoking culture.
"JTI Korea is sponsoring the BIFF for the first time to contribute to the success of the event," said JTI Korea general manager, Park Pyung-kee, who took charge of the company late last year.
"JTI Korea will use this sponsorship as a stepping stone to not only solidify a healthy smoking culture but also promote arts and culture in the Busan area." Enditem
