Imperial Tobacco Group PLC today notes the Supreme Court's decision not to hear an appeal by our cigarette vending machine subsidiary Sinclair Collis over legislation to ban sales of tobacco from vending machines in England. Sinclair Collis is now focused on meeting its responsibility to comply with the implementation of the ban by 1 October 2011. Enditem
