The process of competitive selection for the appointment started in late March, and was conducted in accordance with the institutional structure of leading posts and actual need of work, and strictly in line with the relevant rules of HongyunHonghe, including the Interim System for the Setup of Managerial Posts and Control over Management Human Resources.
The way of selecting candidates for appointment to middle-level management posts this time was determined following deliberation at a joint meeting between the board of directors and the Communist Party group at HongyunHonghe. The candidates were eventually determined after competitive selection in different forms and at all levels, and after completing the procedures of organizational investigation and public announcement prior to appointment.
On the afternoon of July 6, top HongyunHonghe leaders including Board of Directors Chairman Yao Qingyan, CEO Wu Yi and Communist Party Committee Secretary Xu Liwei collectively met with the newly appointed middle-level managers, encouraging them to continue working hard at a new starting point, and to make greater contribution to the development of HongyunHonghe with their diligence and wisdom.
