HongyunHonghe's Cigarette Products are up to Standard by 100 percent

Results of a recent sample survey of cigarette products made in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province have indicated that all the 29 cigarette products of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group subject to the sample survey are up to the standard by 100 percent, suggesting continued stable success of HongyunHonghe in product quality control. In mid-June, Yunnan Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Administration and Yunnan Provincial China Tobacco Industry Corporation jointly held a meeting in Honghe City of Yunnan on cigarette product quality sample survey and cigarette product quality control in Yunnan for the first half of 2011. During the meeting, 48 cigarette products of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group and Hongta Group – two leading Chinese tobacco manufacturers both based in Yunnan – were chosen for the sample survey for the first half of 2011, with the number of cigarette products from HongyunHonghe alone standing at 29. The panel of experts designated to conduct the sample survey test-smoked all the 48 cigarette products to check their aesthetic quality and mainstream cigarette smoke, tested the packaging of the cigarette products and inspected quality control in their production.
