The applicable Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 16 December 2010 relating to the Programme as subsequently supplemented on 11 February 2011, 20 May 2011 and 23 June 2011, (together the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC. Full information on the Issuer, Imperial Tobacco Group PLC (as guarantor of the Notes) and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final terms.
