LONDON -(Dow Jones)- British American Tobacco PLC (BATS.LN), said Friday that Jack Bowles, who has been Regional Director responsible for Western Europe since 2009, will assume responsibility for the Americas region. MAIN FACTS: -Mark Cobben, who has been managing the Americas since 2007, will take responsibility for Western Europe. -Both of these changes will be effective 1(st) October 2011. -Shares at 0702 GMT up 6 pence, or 0.2%, at GBP27.36, valuing the company at GBP54.34 billion.
