Three Big Manufacturers Show Interest in Bulgartabac

British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International and KT&G have bought procurement documents related to the privatization of Bulgartabac, according to a Novinite story quoting the daily newspaper Trud. The deadline to buy the documents was 17.30 hours on Jun 9. Almost six million shares, amounting to nearly 80 per cent of Bulgartabac's value, will be offered for sale in the latest attempt to sell the former tobacco monopoly. Enditem
