KK Modi Brings in Former Indian Oil Chairman

India's KK Modi-led business conglomerate is undergoing an organizational restructuring that has involved its bringing in the former Indian Oil chairman, Sarthak Behuria, to head the group's operations, according to a story in the latest issue of the BBM Bommidala Group's newsletter. Behuria will head the corporate executive committee and other companies' chief executives, including the tobacco business' Surinder Seru, will report to him.
