The process of moving began in mid-February and finished on March 11, involving all the production departments and management offices of the cigarette factory.
To ensure a complete success of the process of moving, all the production departments, in accordance with the requirement of the leadership of the factory, had worked out specific plans for moving, labeled all parts and components of equipment one by one, dismantled the cables to all electric appliances, conducted in-depth maintenance of equipment, checked all items of parts and components, etc.
As a result of sufficient preparation in the initial stage, specialized movers from Shanghai Tobacco Machinery Works were able to relatively smoothly dismantle all units of equipment, move them section by section, load them for transportation and install them at the new site. By 11:00 a.m. on March 11 local time, the move of all equipment had been completed.

Specifically, the move involved 10 sets of high-speed cigarette-making equipment, 11 soft-packaging GDX units and 17 hard-packaging FK350 units, as well as other cigarette forming, auxiliary, joining and sealing equipment, etc that needed to be moved to the new site, Chen said, adding that in total, the move involved the relocation of 125 sets or units of production equipment.
In a next stage, the cigarette factory will keep up the good work and race against time in installing and debugging the equipment moved to the new site, in order that normal production will be resumed at an early date. Enditem
