It is expected that the technologically transformed equipment will be capable of fully meeting the requirement of the both production and adoption of new technologies at the factory, raising the rate of effective operation, and promoting business development of the factory.
Fulfillment of the projects will contribute to optimizing the adoption of leaf tobacco cutting technologies, greatly alleviating pressure on production at the leaf tobacco cutting workshop, effectively preventing overrun of production equipment, raising the work efficiency of the leaf tobacco cutting and curing section, lowering the rate of accidental stoppage and malfunctioning of equipment, and saving production costs.
Meanwhile, it will make the technological indexes of products more stable, provide a powerful guarantee for the cigarette making and packing lines of the factory, and effectively meet the requirement for enlarging the factory's annual cigarette production to 400,000 cases (20 billion cigarettes).
