Beijing Regional Tobacco Distribution Center has recently put to use a new 3G management system with the functions of GPS/GIS/GSM/GPRS after development and testing over the past four months. The new 3G management system is not only of all the functions of the previous 3G management system, but is also of newly integrated and improved functions of making arrangements for routes of distribution to newly added retailers, maintaining existing routes of distribution, readjusting the order of distribution, etc, which is in the interests of further raising the work efficiency. In synchronization testing of the previous and new 3G management systems over the past two weeks, the new 3G management system showed stable operation, rational arrangement of actual distribution routes, and perfect compatibility with the Warehouse Management System. As a result, Beijing Regional Tobacco Distribution Center has realized a smooth transition from the previous 3G management system to the new system, which guarantees smooth operation of its business of distribution of tobacco products.
