BAT Lends Support to Business Institute

British American Tobacco Bangladesh has joined hands with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University to help develop management talent, according to a story in the Dhaka Daily Star. As part of the initiative, BAT Bangladesh has supported the IBA's efforts to renovate some of the business school's infrastructure. Speaking at an inauguration ceremony, IBA director, G. M. Chowdhury, said that growth within the public sector was possible with support from the private sector. And BAT Bangladesh's managing director, Arun Kaul, said BAT had always been committed to the development of management talent in the country. Enditem
