BAT Malaysia Cut to 'Fully Valued'

British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Bhd, the country's biggest cigarette-maker, was downgraded at HwangDBS Vickers Research Sdn Bhd, which said the government is likely to increase excise taxes this year.
