China Tobacco Investment Management Co. delegation visits HongyunHonghe

A delegation from China Tobacco Investment Management Co. led by General Manager Wang Jiannan visited the HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province on September 15, holding talks on possible bilateral cooperation with HongyunHonghe Vice-President Bi Fenglin and leaders of the tobacco group's departments of finance and investment diversification management.

Accompanied by Deputy General Manager Li Guanglin of Yunnan Provincial China Tobacco Industry Corporation, the delegation was firstly briefed by HongyunHonghe's investment diversification management department chief Ning Hongyuan on the tobacco group's business operation and management, including the scope of investment diversification, the situation of the staff, assets management, the management system, implementation of the relevant policies of China's tobacco industry, etc. Meeting the delegation, HongyunHonghe Vice-President Bi Fenglin made explanations on characteristics of the work of diversified investment management, existing pressure and measures adoptable, and requested the STMA and China Tobacco Investment Management Co. to offer guidance and assistance to HongyunHonghe in investment in technological transformation, choice of projects, etc. Meanwhile, Deputy General Manager Li Guanglin of Yunnan Provincial China Tobacco Industry Corporation explained the work of his corporation in managing diversified investment. Speaking on the same occasion, General Manager Wang Jiannan of China Tobacco Investment Management Co. fully affirmed the work of HongyunHonghe in managing diversified investment, and pledged full support to HongyunHonghe in the fulfillment of relevant projects. Wang also urged HongyunHonghe to further improve its management system in order to ensure fulfillment of the relevant duties, to further strengthen regulation in order to guarantee fulfillment of all rules, and to further promote structural reform, highlight its leading business operations and optimize the structure of resources.
