Philip Morris International will host a live audio webcast at www.pmi.com of the presentation by the company's CFO, Hermann Waldemer, and the subsequent question-and-answer session at the Barclays Capital Back-To-School Consumer Conference, starting about 10.30 hours Eastern Time on September 7. An archived copy of the webcast, which will be in listen-only mode, will be made available until 17.00 hours on October 6 at the same website, where, in addition, an audio replay in MP3 format will be available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the presentation. Meanwhile, Reynolds American will host a webcast at www.ReynoldsAmerican.com of its presentation at the same conference where, from about 14.15 hours Eastern Time on September 7, chairman, president and CEO, Susan M. Ivey, will provide a business update on the company.
