KT&G to Offer Optional Extra in Raison Packs

KT&G is due to launch tomorrow a pack of cigarettes that will contain two types of products: 17 regular cigarettes and three that can be smoked either with or without the addition of menthol, according to a story in The Korea Times. The new 6 mg product is being launched as part of the Raison brand under the name Pop 17+3. Raison, which was launched in 2002, is one of KT&G's top brands and is particularly popular among young adult smokers. The three convertible cigarettes are similar to the other 17 in the pack except that they offer smokers the opportunity of activating menthol delivery systems within their filters. Enditem
