Cigaretes & Tobacco Shares A Drag On The Market

In trading Monday, Cigarettes & Tobacco shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.9%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Star Scientific , off about 6.1% and shares of Alliance One International off about 3.8% on the day. Also lagging the market Monday are Food shares, down on the day by about 0.9% as a group, led down by Synutra International, trading lower by about 26.8% and American Dairy , trading lower by about 23.7%.
