Smokefree Innotec Announces Access to New European Production and Distribution Facilities

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pinksheets: SFIO) Thomas Schroepfer, CEO, (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com) today stated that his extended European trip, undertaken at his own expense, has resulted in SFI developing new and significant contacts for new product marketing and production, in addition to solidifying existing arrangements for Euromarketing of current SFI product lines. Upon his return this past weekend, he informed the SFI Board of Directors that he had conducted a review with Manfred Boegart, SFI Director of European Operations, of all SFI relationships with its existing distributors, and found that any impediments and missing actions had been successfully dealt with and resulted in establishing stronger and more effective channels for SFI nicotine and non-nicotine flavored product distribution. He stated recent shipments to fill orders evidence that, and details of sales and scheduled shipments against SFI bank lines of credit will be released to the public pending approvals by customers to do so. Mr. Schroepfer went on to state that he is finalizing negotiations to acquire new smokefree cigarette products already in distribution in Europe, and gain access to such additional new distribution for existing SFI products, details to be released as agreements are executed. He further informed the Board that an additional source for smokefree cigarette production equipment has been contacted to arrange for the import of that equipment for commencement of production within the United States.
