Reynolds American Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of Reynolds American has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common shares of $0.90 per share ($3.60 annualized). The dividend will be payable on October 1 to shareholders of record on September 10. Reynolds said that this was the 25th consecutive quarterly cash dividend that the company had declared since it became a public company on July 30, 2004. Enditem
