Cooper Takes Over at Imperial

Alison Cooper has been appointed chief executive of Imperial Tobacco Group following the retirement from the board of directors of Gareth Davis. The succession was officially announced on November 10. Davis will remain an Imperial employee until June 4 to allow him to complete external commitments on behalf of the company. Enditem
