Bulgartabac Privatization Set for This Year

Bulgaria's Energy, Economy and Tourism Minister, Traicho Traikov, has predicted that the evaluation of Bulgartabac being undertaken as part of the privatization process will be completed within the next 50 days. A buyer would probably be chosen by the end of the year, he was quoted as adding. Traikov said there had been a two month delay in the process because of an appeal by an applicant in the bid to become the official privatization consultant.
