STMA Chief Meets Celanese Delegation

Director-General Jiang Chengkang of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA) met in Beijing on April 8 with a delegation from Celanese Corporation led by Chief Officer Executive David Weidman, and the two sides held talks on cooperation in a friendly atmosphere.
