Lorillard Tobacco Co. has announced the appointment of James J. Jeffers as director, Organization Development. A native of Royal Oak, Michigan, USA, Jeffers was previously employed with BMW North America in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. He earned a master's degree in organizational communication from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and a bachelor's degree in speech communication and psychology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
