A federal judge has refused to decertify a class of participants in a retirement plan at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in a lawsuit accusing the tobacco giant of mismanagement when it sold certain stocks in the plan after it spun off from RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. Judge Carlton Tilley Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina denied R.J. Reynold's motion to decertify the class Thursday, rejecting the company's argument. Enditem
