Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation delegation visits Kunming Cigarette Factory

A delegation of the Industrial Union of Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation, led by its Executive Council Member Wang Zilai, recently paid a visit to Kunming Cigarette Factory of the HongyunHonghe Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province, to learn about production at the factory and exchange views with leaders of the factory. Accompanied by officials with All-China Federation of Trade Unions and Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Taiwan delegation was firstly shown around Production Department No. 4 at Kunming Cigarette Factory by Chairman Hu Pei and other officials of the Trade Union of Kunming Cigarette Factory, to watch and learn about the technological process of cigarette production there. Afterwards, the two sides held talks, in which Chairman Hu Pei briefed the Taiwan guests on reform and development at Kunming Cigarette Factory and the HongyunHonghe Group, and also on the production efficiency and scope, targets, tasks, structure of cigarette brands and other general aspects of the cigarette factory. During the talks, the two sides held in-depth discussions and exchanged opinions about the development of corporate cultures, democratic management, education, vocational training, welfare benefits for workers and other major topics.
