Reynolds American Spent Over $760K Lobbying in 3Q

Cigarette maker Reynolds American Inc. spent $760,645 in the third quarter to lobby the federal government on legislation involving cigarette trafficking and other issues, according to a recent disclosure form. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Reynolds also lobbied on legislation on funding for the Department of Homeland Security and the Agriculture Department in the July-September period, according to the report filed Oct. 20 with the House clerk's office.
