HongyunHonghe Strengthens Professional Training of Sales Personnel Source from: HongyunHonghe Group 10/21/2009 The marketing center of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province - the largest tobacco manufacturer in China - has recently sponsored a third round of professional training of nearly 70 sales personnel for 2009, including chief inspectors, deputy managers with its general marketing department and managers of marketing departments of the company.
The three-day professional training program is intended for further implementation of the general guideline of the company for the work of marketing, continued improvement of the comprehensive and professional quality of all sales personnel, promotion of the work of the company in all aspects in a more practical and more effectual way, and guarantee of realization of the annual sales targets of the company.
During the professional training, senior executives of the HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group, including Vice-Presidents Feng Bin and Wang Jiafu, delivered speeches on mobilization. Deputy Chief Inspector Lu Jiamou, Deputy Communist Party group secretary Zhang Zhenwen and leaders with the brands development and marketing service departments and other offices of the company respectively interpreted the scheme of the marketing center for annual performance grading and assessment, the scheme of the marketing service department for managing the work of meeting the relevant standards, the scheme for strengthening cooperation between the manufacturing and commercial sectors in marketing, and the scheme for the marketing of new products.
