Philip Morris has joined a lawsuit filed by an Irish retailer seeking to overturn the country's product display ban, reports Thomson Reuters. "We support strict tobacco regulation but this legislation just served to hand the tobacco business over to smugglers and counterfeiters," said Philip Morris spokeswoman Anne Edwards.
