During the trials, the machine set various records:
·An average efficiency of 98.5 percent during the test's last 25 shifts
·Record low waste of 0.03 percent during one 10-hour shift
·Waste of only 0.13 percent throughout the entire test
·One hundred percent efficiency in seven shifts. The last three shifts of the test were completed one after the other at 100 percent efficiency and without a single stop.

·A Quick Brand Change (QBC) in 2 minutes
The quality of the filters produced in the test exceeded all the physical parameters stipulated by the JT Group.
To date, Hauni has installed more than 2,300 filter makers in the market. The KDF-M, which has a capacity of 10,000 filters per minute, is based on the twin-rod technology of the Protos-M maker.
The KDF-M can process high porosity paper, acetate or charcoal filter rods, king size or slim and super slims. Hauni says it delivers top performance in every area, with maximum flexibility, product quality and efficiency. Enditem
