Sichuan Guangyuan City Provides Purchasing Tobacco Machines Subsidies

Guangyuan city, one city of Sichuan Province, will carry out tobacco machinery programme, and the tobacco farmers will get subsidies, which will be 60% to 80% of purchase price subsidies, for purchasing tobacco machines.
