KT&G's Profit Up Steeply in Fourth Quarter

Jan 22, 2009-Net profit at KT&G Corp during the three months to the end of December, at WON245.3 billion, was up by 81.7 per cent year-on-year, on net sales up 17.4 per cent from WON617.2 billion to WON724.9 billion, according to a Reuters report. Operating profit during the fourth quarter was up 47.8 per cent from WON185.8 billion to WON274.6 billion. Enditem
