Settlement on Use of Taboka Trademark

Nordic American Smokeless and its Norwegian affiliate, Taboca A/S, said today that a settlement has been reached with Philip Morris USA about the use of the 'Taboka' trademark in the US. No details of the settlement were given but Darren Quinn, president and CEO of Nordic American Smokeless and CEO of Taboca A/S said, "We are pleased to have resolved this lawsuit to the satisfaction of the parties and to move forward with our businesses". Nordic American Smokeless is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut, and is an affiliate of the Norwegian snus company, Taboca A/S, which is headquartered in Oslo. Enditem
