Graham Mackay Elected to Philip Morris Board

Graham Mackay, the chief executive of SABMiller, will join the board of directors of Philip Morris International Inc., the company said Friday. Mackay, 59, will bring the total number of directors of the tobacco company to nine. Mackay joined The South African Breweries Limited in 1978 and has held a number of senior positions in the group. In 2002, the company acquired Miller Brewing Company in the United States and became SABMiller. Shares of Philip Morris rose 48 cents to $43.29 in midday trading Friday. Enditem
